October in New York

Hi there! I thought I would hop on and show you the best on the go outfit ever, and some of my fun times in NYC this month!! Side note: October is probably, no it is absolutely my favorite month. The anticipation of the holidays coming up, the weather cooling down, it's all just so exciting for me. So when I got to visit my sister in New York in October, my excitement went through the roof!

(You can see in a few of these goofy pictures how much I missed my sister (Justie Wolf) and enjoyed her company!) The photos below were taken at Serendipity 3 in New York City. The photo of myself with the giant golden flower is actually a $1,000 ice cream sundae that the owner told us to do a photoshoot with, haha. It was the most beautiful ice cream sundae that I have ever seen. It had real gold on it!

Obviously the best part of this trip was seeing my sister, but a close runner up was the AMAZING weather!! It was chilly enough to wear sweaters and make my heart feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

The sweater I am wearing here was such a steal, I got it last season at Forever 21. I don't remember the exact price but I am 100% positive it was under $15!

The day was perfect for Serendipity and sweaters and apparently walking, because we actually walked 14.5 miles that day. Which brings me to the most important part of any outfit, the shoe. I am wearing my favorite pair of olive green Adidas with my jeans and sweater. This made for a day of no blisters & an easy get away experience (for when I had to run and sneak into the subway).

The photos above are all in Central Park. The first one is in front of the "FRIENDS" fountain. *cue me singing I'll Be There For Youuuuu* The second is a random beautiful walkway with so much greenery, I just couldn't resist. The last photo is on top of the arch way that Chuck Bass and Blair Waldorf said "I do" under. *cue my heart fluttering away*

So if you're looking for some super cozy, inexpensive, super cute sweaters: check your local Forever 21. Pair it up with some jeans, tucked in with a cute belt and you're ready to go. Add some trendy sneakers and you're ready to conquer the world now!
